Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 90 years.
A young driver surcharge of EUR 60 per rental will be charged for drivers aged from 21 years to 23 years old.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR60 per rental will be charged for drivers aged from 75 years to 90 years old.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada, Australia and Europeon union drivers license is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory is the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport, driver's license and Credit/Debit Card under main driver’s name.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible of amount 800 to 1500 EUR depending on the car group and in case of total damage 10% will be charged..
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible of 10% will be charged to the client.
Third Party Liability
It is included in the your rental amount.
It covers the amount up to 1 Million EUR.
Excess Reduction
Additional insurance options are available to reduce the liability at the rental desk
SCDW will reduces the liability to zero and can be purchase at 22 EUR to 27 EUR per day depending on the number of days and car category.
Other fee:
1. If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of EUR 300 will apply.
2. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
3. In case of Losing documents, a fee of EUR 150 will apply.
4. In case of wrong fuel, a fee of EUR 800 will apply.
Smoking in the car is prohibited, and if Client smoke in the car a fee of 300 euros will apply.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
Full to Full. The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of check out.
Please Note: The vehicle must be refueled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed with prior written approval from the rental desk.
Cross border travel is allowed to Slovakia, Austria, Czech, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Belgium with an extra charge of 50 EUR one time.
If the client goes beyond the limits and does not notify the rental company, the client will pay additional costs and he/she alone is responsible for all possible damages.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash and debit card payments are also accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 500 to EUR 1600 depending on the vehicle groups will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available for an additional charge, charge will depends on the distance and location.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional of 50 EUR per pickup/drop off.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up
1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show" or car will be provided but extra charge wiill apply of 50 EUR If client doesn’t inform.
For late return
1 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional 50 EUR will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
