Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 90 years.

A young driver surcharge of EUR 60 per rental will apply for drivers aged from 21 years to 23 years.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 60 per rental will apply for drivers aged from 75 years to 90 years.

Driver’s License

Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada, Australia and European Union is accepted without an international driving license.
For all other customers:
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport, driver's license and credit / debit card under the main driver’s name.

Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

It is included in your rental amount.

Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.

The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:

The maximum excess amount for economy, compact, intermediate, standard (4-5 door) and standard Wagon groups is EUR 800.

The maximum excess amount for full-size, standard and premium vehicle groups is EUR 1200.

The maximum excess amount for luxury vehicle groups is EUR 1500.
In case of total damage 10% of the current vehicle value will be charged.

Theft Waiver (THW)

It is included in your rental amount.

It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.

The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:

 

The maximum excess amount for economy, compact, intermediate, standard (4-5 door) and standard Wagon groups is EUR 800.

The maximum excess amount for full-size, standard and premium vehicle groups is EUR 1200.

The maximum excess amount for luxury vehicle groups is EUR 1500.

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)

It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover of EUR 1 million for personal injuries and material damage.

Excess Reduction

In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.

The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:

 

EUR 22 per day (for 1 to 9 days), EUR 19 per day (for 10 to 20 days), EUR 17 per day (for 21 and more days) - For economy, compact, intermediate (4-5 door), intermediate wagon and intermediate (Commercial Van/Truck) groups.

EUR 27 per day (for 1 to 9 days), EUR 21 per day (for 10 to 20 days), EUR 18 per day (for 21 and more days) - For intermediate SUV, full-size, standard, premium and luxury vehicle groups.

If renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit varying from EUR 500 to EUR 1500 (depending on the vehicle groups) will be blocked on the credit card.

It may not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental amount.

Other fee:

1. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.

2. If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of EUR 300 will apply.

3. In case of Losing documents, a fee of EUR 150 will apply.

4. Smoking in the car is prohibited, and if Client smokes in the car a fee of EUR 300 will apply.

Early Returns/Unused Rental Days

No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, a refuelling fee will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

In case of wrong fuel, a fee of EUR 800 will apply.

Please Note: The vehicle must be refuelled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed with prior written approval from the rental desk.
Cross border travel is allowed to Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Belgium.
An additional onetime fee of EUR 50 will apply.

If the client goes beyond the limits and does not notify the rental company, the client will pay additional costs and he/she alone is responsible for all possible damages.

Ferry Travel
Ferry travel is allowed with prior authorization from the supplier.
A charge of EUR 80 will apply.

One Way Rental
One way rental is allowed, charges will apply depending on the location of drop-off.

VAT
VAT is included in the rental price and in the additional services.

Payment Methods
Only Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash and debit card payments are also accepted.

Deposit
Cash and debit cards are also accepted for deposit.
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 500 to EUR 1600 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available only within Schwechat city for an additional charge of EUR 50 per delivery and collection .
Delivery and Collection service outside the city limits is not available.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge of EUR 50 per service.

Extras

Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
